After I FTP my tree to the web, and I click on the FAMILYTREE.GNO file, I see characters on the screen.  If I generate the tree to my hard drive, the FAMILYTREE.GNO, works fine the pop-up is displayed.  What do you suggest?  Thanks in advance.

Default setting of your ftp server doesn't support .gno extension (its MIME type) so you should allow it (.gno file is Ok). If you haven't proper rights, try to ask your administrator. I have had recently similar problem with .svg files.
