registration key problem

According to our records, you never requested an evaluation key.  I am almost 100% certain your firewall or antivirus is preventing GenoPro from accessing the Internet.  If you do a Check for Updates, you will probably see the same error message.

Feel free to use the following evaluation key 8TK-JGA-ALF-LL7-TMP which is valid for 6 months.

Please, I have tried several times to  get an evaluation key, and every time I submit an email address, I receive an error report:Error sending registration key to email 'xxxxxx@comcast.net':
    The attempt to connect to the server failed; please verify firewall settings, server name and port number
    https://api.genopro.com/ws.asmx
I've tried several email addresses,and get the same message. I'm about ready to give up!

Unfortunately I do not have that invoice.  If I had that invoice, I would have the activation code that I need.  I do however have the paypal receipt which I hope will allow you to find the monetary transaction:

The sales receipt include the registration key (in bold).

According to our log we have no sale to your hotmail address. However if you purchased the product using another email address that would explain why I can't see the sale itself.

Can you tell me your invoice number maybe?

A sales receipt is an email like this:

Dear Your Name,

Thank you for purchasing GenoPro,
This email is your confirmation receipt and contains your product registration key that is required to activate GenoPro.
Please keep this email on file for your records.

Invoice Date: 1 Jan 2099
Invoice Number: 12345678
Product: GenoPro
Registration Key: YOUR-KEY-IN-BOLD-99999

That's very odd that I only have a temporary key!!  I purchased the full program (I would be happy to send you the receipt of my purchase for whole program to prove it if needed).  I am needing to get the key for the full program (not just the temporary old old one).

How can I get my registration code from my purchase (since the automated link is not working)?

Just use your the email address you purchased GenoPro and the server will re-send your purchased key by email.  The email stargazer86 hotmail com has only a temporary key.

I purchased genopro on 4/9/07.  Since then, I have had to re-install it on another computer.  I used the login and forgot registration link, but am getting a registration code via email that says expired 759 days ago (15 Apr 2006).  This must be an old registration code I used when I was trying genopro out prior to 2007.  How can I get my registration code from my purchase (since the automated link is not working)?  I have a file open that I have been working on that I am keeping open and now I am afraid it will not save since my genopro is not activated yet.  Thanks for any help!  --KP  stargazer86 hotmail com
