Here's the message I get when I try to generate a Descendant Report:

Génération du rapport vers 'C:\Documents and Settings\Jeremie\Bureau\GenoPro Reports\Bourgeois\'
Clonage du document Bourgeois...
Lecture du fichier Config.xml pour rapport 'Descendants Report'...
Chargement du fichier Dictionary.xml...
[0.00] Traitement de 'Main.js'...
To disable display of parameter settings, tick the box under 'Options' tab of 'Generate Report' dialog.
[5.95] Error: OpenOffice and/or MS Word control could not be initialised (126: )

No matter what I do, I always have that error message :OpenOffice and/or MS Word control could not be initialised

When I try to export and English Narrative Report (EN), the report is generated but now the problem is in Microsoft word. The error message I have is:
Can't open the document toc_individuals.htm. Problems have been found in its content.
Details: Undefined entity reference 'nbsp' Line 10, column 295

I'm using Microsoft Office 2007.

What should I do?

This is strange.  The English Narative Report generates HTML content.  Microsoft Word should not be involved in it at all.  What happens when you try to open the HTML report using a web browser?

One cause of this failure to initialise Word automation is when Word prompts the user on starting. Check that you can load Word in the normal way (e.g. from Windows Start Menu) without any user prompt or warning message. If not you must clear the reason for such prompts before running the Descendants Report or install Open Office Hehe

The Narrative Report is an HTML report and not a Word document and should open automatically in your default Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.)

For some reason, the English Narrative recalls Microsoft Word... When I manually open the file, I select "open with" and I choose IE. Everything works fine. I probably have my MS word set up wrong to open html by default... I'll see what I can do.

But there's hope! Today I was able for the first time to navigate through my html family tree!!!

Thanks for your help,

J.
