Can't generate a report

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 2.0.1.6 Last Login: Sunday, April 19, 2009 Posts: 2, Visits: 4	Here's the message I get when I try to generate a Descendant Report: Génération du rapport vers 'C:\Documents and Settings\Jeremie\Bureau\GenoPro Reports\Bourgeois\' Clonage du document Bourgeois... Lecture du fichier Config.xml pour rapport 'Descendants Report'... Chargement du fichier Dictionary.xml... [0.00] Traitement de 'Main.js'... To disable display of parameter settings, tick the box under 'Options' tab of 'Generate Report' dialog. [5.95] Error: OpenOffice and/or MS Word control could not be initialised (126: ) No matter what I do, I always have that error message :OpenOffice and/or MS Word control could not be initialised When I try to export and English Narrative Report (EN), the report is generated but now the problem is in Microsoft word. The error message I have is: Can't open the document toc_individuals.htm. Problems have been found in its content. Details: Undefined entity reference 'nbsp' Line 10, column 295 I'm using Microsoft Office 2007. What should I do? Edited: Thursday, April 9, 2009 by GenoProSupport
