I would suggest that in the options for officiators for such as weddings, baptisms, funerals etc that Deacon be added.

The field Officiator Title will be a free text field for the next version.  You will be able to type anything you want.

Originally, I thought the officiator was a short list such as a doctor or a priest, however the list have been growing.  I already have many more suggestions for the officiator and I am sure GenoPro is missing many officiator titles for other cultures.
