Adding the title Deacon to the list of Officiators

You will be able to type anything you want. Originally, I thought the officiator was a short list such as a doctor or a priest, however the list have been growing. I already have many more suggestions for the officiator and I am sure GenoPro is missing many officiator titles for other cultures.
