I am using GenoPro for years now to publish a family web site (rubbert.at) However one feature is still missing: the possibility to get a description on how two selected persones are related to each other. That's the usual question at familiy events and it is always a big mess to get this question answered based on the report. So if you could a feature like this it would be great!

It will be extremely time-consuming to calculate in advance the relationship of each individual to every other individual in the tree and therefore a dynamic calculation is required.

GenoPro 2011 has a 'Kinship Calculator' Report skin that enables you to calculate the relationship between two selected individuals.

One solution would be to publish the cloned .gno (i.e. with any privacy applied) with your Narrative Report by unsetting the 'no .gno file' option under the Privacy tab of the 'Generate Report' dialog. Users could then download  this .gno and run the kinship calculator report themselves using a trial version of GenoPro.

You should also be able to use your German Dictionary.xml with the latest English Narrative Report from GenoPro 2011 in order to take advantage of improvements (e.g. browser support).
