Cannot update GenoPro

Forum Newbie Customers Last Login: Friday, February 11, 2011 Posts: 4, Visits: 6	I have the Monica version, and try to update via the "Check GenoPro Update" function. I receive the message below. I have no idea what's wrong, I get it even when firewall switched off. What's wrong? Thanks. Connecting to GenoPro.com to determine if a newer version of GenoPro is available for download... The attempt to connect to the server failed; please verify firewall settings, server name and port number https://api.genopro.com/ws.asmx
