I have the Monica version, and try to update via the "Check GenoPro Update" function. I receive the message below. I have no idea what's wrong, I get it even when firewall switched off.

What's wrong?

We did few update here and there with a lots of traffic (due to our newsletter) I would try it again and let me know if it's not working.

Do you have a firewall or application that could prevent GenoPro to access the Internet?

I have a firewall, but no change if I switch of the firewall.

I'm not sure why, you can always download from the web and reinstall GenoPro... that will do the same result.

I have downloaded, and installed the new software. But the new one still cannot update... Anyway it is not a big problem.
