Faced with a situation when there is no confidence in the 100% family relationship(too distant ancestor). Therefore propose to introduce a special symbol and a special graphic communications for such situations.
In addition, propose to introduce a notation for illegitimate children and adopted.

Do you have a special symbol in mind?  Could you please describe it, or post a screenshot?

The problem of linking families where evidence is poor was discussed in
http://support.genopro.com/Topic19869.aspx
As a temporary measure I use the foster child link to indicate that parentage is not proven. This comes with a different colour line to flag something is uncertain. Fostering of children is of course a modern concept and does not occur in earlier times. Adoption, even if in practice rather than legally established, is still relevant on a family tree.
Hopefully this idea can be added sometime. I imagine that in the medical uses the indication of doubtful ancestry is very relevant

I'm also interested in the issue of how to display a child whose parentage is questionable, unacknowledged, unclear, etc.  My maternal great-grandfather "took in" 2 young girls when he maried my maternal great grandmother, whose 1st husband died, leaving 1 child.  No one knows whether these other 2 girls were also hers by her first husband, by another man, or whether they became parentless in some other way.  They were called "cousins" generically.  Perhaps the new symbol could modify the existing "link as child" with a "?" superimposed.  The definition of this relationship would be something like: "treated as child in this household; parentage unclear."
