Sorry, but not. Because I don't know where this error will be.
When opened two or more tabs. I select all tree in one tab. Copy (CTRL+C or Copy). In other tab make Paste or CTRL+V and program shut down with fatal error. Same when I try Import .gno file in existing tree. Program shut down with fatal error. If u want I can save microsoft bug report and send u.

Just tried out your problem - no error here. Suggest you use the send feature on the GenoPro file menu and put in serviceATgenopro.com . Change my AT to @
