Problem with Academic Key

I am having trouble with my email address.  I have requested an academic key for my students, and am trying to verify that they will be able to use the software.  When I request the academic key with my referrer ID, I get an email error.  It says it is unable to contact the server.  Will my students also have this problem?  Is there a way around this?

Did you received the email? Sometime mail server are temporary down or configured, the server will re-try to send the email anyway.

If a student use an email @gmail we will send the email to the gmail server that is likely up and running. Sometime universities have redundant server with one not responding.
