I uploaded my genogram and now I can't find it. Can someone help me? Is there a phone number to talk to a person for help?

If you saved your genogram as an online backup then goto http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx and scroll down to the bottom find your backups in the My Backups section.   Click Manage to View/Hide.

You can get to the same place by clicking the 'My Profile' link towards the top right of this forum page and then clicking the GenoPro icon/tab.

You may also use the menu item Open Inbox and Online Backups from the File menu.  If you enter your email address, you will see all your backups.
