Adding Hidden/Private information on an Individual

For example, say there's a family story that you haven't confirmed yet, or written in a "tasteful" way .. or something you don't want EVERYONE to see. Can you add hidden/private information somehow? .. or it only possible at the File level when you go to publish your tree.
