I have written to Genopro at least seven times over the past two years and have had no response. I am trying to set up a faculty account for my course in the Psychology of the Family. I am unable to do so because a student apparently set up a temporary account for me without my permission. The occurred two years ago and is long-expired. I would like to know how I can erase the account name the student established for me [it is linked to my work email address] so that I can set up a permanent faculty account. I previously submitted the syllabus for my course.

With your Academic Referrer ID susan.locke, every student of your class will get a free 180-day evaluation key per year. In case a student has difficulty requesting an academic evaluation key, feel free to distribute this key 92Y-MK7-AYE-YK2-TMP to your class.

Thank you for responding to my message. Does this mean that I cannot set up a permanent faculty account? For some reason, i thought that was an option. My temporary account is listed as "Valerie's friend", rather than being in my name.SL

Hello Susan,Your Academic Referrer ID is valid for your lifetime (aka permanent), however gives free evaluation keys to new students only. Your name "Valerie's friend" is because your GenoPro account was created at the moment Valerie sent you a .gno file ( family tree / genogram). I changed the name to your full name from your email address.

Dear GenoPro
I set up an account when I last taught Psychology of the Family. I am teaching it again this spring. I have my own referrer-ID my first and last name which I will give to my students when they set up an account. My personal registration key expired in October 2015, Is it possible for me to obtain a new registration key for myself? If so, what do I have to do.?

Feel free to use the following key 3-JWZD-TYRH-B97L-TMP which is valid for 6 months. As for your students, just tell them to enter your email address as the Referrer ID, and each of your student will get a fresh 180-day evaluation key the very moment they will request the key.

To receive a free academic evaluation key of 180 days, the student enters his/her email address, and as the Academic Referrer ID, the student enter the email address of his/her professor. Voilà!
