Forum Newbie Forum Members Gamma GenoPro version: 3.0.1.0 Last Login: Sunday, February 25, 2018 Posts: 4, Visits: 9	I have written to Genopro at least seven times over the past two years and have had no response. I am trying to set up a faculty account for my course in the Psychology of the Family. I am unable to do so because a student apparently set up a temporary account for me without my permission. The occurred two years ago and is long-expired. I would like to know how I can erase the account name the student established for me [it is linked to my work email address] so that I can set up a permanent faculty account.
