I have spent 5 days trying to figure out how to use this Geno Pro software,  First it caused a lot of viruses to attack my laptop then crashed it, After restoring  the hardrive, I still cannot export or email the finish Genogram to my professor.  I spent 12 hours just trying to work through POP UPS. Its very hard to describe the frustration.

If you downloaded GenoPro from www.genopro.com then there is no way it would 'cause a lot of viruses'.

I have no idea what you mean by 'POP UPS' but if you are unable to follow the extensive help pages at www.genopro.com I can only suggest the surely one of your colleagues on the same course has enough IT savvy to perform the simple task and can give you advice.
