As above, have on line back up and
tree
. but need to re register for new hard drive/machine ?
no soft wear on this machine
Is there a procedure for this please ?

As you are a customer you do not need to pay anything else.
Download the software
onto your new PC and visit
http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
where you can find your registration key.
Don't forget to download the new skins if you wish to make any report. The built in ones do not work correctly

I seem to have downloaded a new blank system/
I wanted to retrieves all the records i had entered over the past
years
and saved on the automatic back up.
can you advise please

The program is just that. If you used the
online backup
then the data can be recovered by clicking File on the top menu and then click 'Open
Inbox
and Online Backups...'
This should open a list of saved .gno files
If this does not work an alternative is to use GenoProFtpClient.exe to download files. You can check if anything is on the server by going to
http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
and looking under the My backups or Online publications tabs
