I received an error message when I created a new uploading file: 

Failed connection attempt to server.
Why???

Maybe a transient internet connection issue?  I do not see any problem now when I attempt to publish to familytrees.

Also you are using an old version of the Narrative Report Template. see Updates to Report Skin Templates since GenoPro 2020 version 3.1.0.1 for my latest releases.
