I verified your publication at http://familytrees.genopro.com/coteco/javierCorteParada/ and noticed your report has been created using a custom skin. Can you try to publishing it using the native English Narrative Report? We do not provide support for custom skin development because such errors are not the result of a bug in GenoPro but in the customization of the report skin.

It seems to be an error while generating the file. A bug in the skin rather than the something in relation with uploading your files to familytrees.genopro.com

I copied the same skin as for the other trees but added more ged file links to the toc_ged.htm and some extra text to the home.htm

so don't know where to look for the problem.

I of course generated a report to GenoPro rather that try and upload.

I think I found a solution by copying the files from the English Narative Report to my Customised skin except for the ones I had changed.

After this it uploaded correctly though it took ages as the tree now has 36000 names.

I can't get the ged files to download from this site however, even though they do so from my web site and on my computer, so will try again tomorrow.

I have noticed that only on your site I get an error on page message when I open my full tree and then when I click on a name in the toc_ged.htm I get image 3 instead of the usual box asking to "open or save".

I used your ftp and see that the ged files are in the ged folder as in my other trees but can't seem to open?

I have just generated a report to my computer identical to the one I generated to your site and found that the ged files open as desired .

Any ideas why they don't open on your site?

IainTait, there is a limit for maximum file size that can be uploaded. This exist everywhere on web page to avoid major bug (infinit loop upload) or prevent someone to upload a full DVD for instance.

I understand that your case is special and pretty interesting because those GEDCOM files are big but 100% legitimate.

I would like to know what are the size of those files (the biggest for instance)?

I can probably raise the maximum upload size to make sure you can upload your entire report.

The bigest Ged file I could see is Baber.ged at 438K though I tried to open a smaller one on your site without success.

With your ftp I could see that they are all there in the ged folder as on my computer where the popup window, asking if you want to open or save, pops up as normal.

Everything else is fabulous except for the error on the page when opening the tree.
