I registered with GenoPro in 2006 under an old email
address
long defunct. Seek as I may the Forum appears not to have dealt with this matter. I have re-registered with my current address but am concerned that the
Registration key
I have for the program could be compromised. Is there some way of deleting the old registration? Any suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks, colven73.

Please go to
http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
and add your new email address to your account. Your GenoPro account may have as many email as you wish. We recommend to keep all your emails, including the ones you are no longer using. This way, our system can better
link
your new email address to the original registration key you
purchased
with your old email.

Hello,
I'm afraid that I have
purchased GenoPro
with non-existing e-mail (and wandering why I don't receive notifications all these
years
). Today I have just realised that, and erased it from my account. And now I accidentaly stumbled upon this thread with advice not to do it. What now?

Your email address is used for two things. Email obviously (if it works!) but also as a user name to log on to this forum. So go back to the control panel and add your old, wrong, address as well as the correcet one. That might be enough but if not I am sure you will be advised
about
extra things to do
