Hello,
I have installed release 2011. The operating system is vista. The program often closed itself when I was going to change information of an individual. Thank you for help.

Is there any error message or dialog to appear before it close? Can you reproduce the crash or it's random?

Hi, The only message before clashing is a Window message "Genopro doit fermer". The fault appears again when I modify information in individual dialog box : deleting nick name and adding alternative. The crash appears after about ten times I did it.

Hello Dan,
I also had a crash, using the latest version. The process I was performing was on a table view of locations, finding which people have this location, modifying that location (editing, etc.) and returning to the table.
After about 20 of these the system crashed. I cannot duplicate this. (I am trying to clean up the locations and make them into a standard set - e.g. Berlin is also listed as Berlin, Germany, etc.)
Do you have a standard "Do you wish to report this error to GenoPro?" capability - if not, perhaps you want to create such?
Sorry that I cannot duplicate the error. If it reappears, I will let you know.

Hi Dan,
I happened again, when working on tables, going back and forth to individuals, changing the location  of the person's birth or death, etc. I do this many times before a crash.
Please see the screen shots. Let me know if there is any additional information I can get you using Visual Studio.

I just received an email from someone else having a crash. I was able to reproduce the crash and fix it. Can you please upgrade to GenoPro 2.5.3.8 and let me know if you still get the crash...
