The message you received, the Javascript alert',  indicates that instead of sending your report to a web server you instead asked for it to be created in a folder locally on your PC.

Certain browsers, noteably Google Chrome, have introduced strict security for web pages but unfortunately this 'same domain policy' has the side effect of preventing web pages held locally in a folder on the PC from accessing files in any sub folder.

Other browsers not not apply this restriction.

Could you generate the report again and ensure the target is set to familytrees.genopro.com or your own ftp server.

The error message suggests the report is incomplete. My reports seem OK, so try reloading yours. You can also use GenoProFtpClient.exe to look at your online files
