Wrong Number of Licences received

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 2.5.4.1 Last Login: Tuesday, February 11, 2014 Posts: 2, Visits: 10	Not sure why but when attempting to buy a one user licence and key following my evaluation of the program I was issued Twenty Five and charged 404 euro The system did not ask me to confirm the purchase or ask me for my VISA verification before completing the transaction which is very unusual. As I want to use the program but with only one key could you please help by either 1. cancelling the Twenty five KEYs which have not been activated and refunding the 404 Euro, or 2. cancelling Twenty four of the Keys with a pro-rata credit. If you can cancel the Twenty five Keys I could then make a new purchase for the one Key I require. Hope you can help with this as I have not activated any of the keys. I await your response.
