Your GenoPro11 will continue to work although there are some developments in the later GenoPro16. There will be no more development with your version which is very stable and so there is nothing to worry about here. If you do find a problem then report it on this forum and it will be sorted.
If you want to change font size then select an individual (use Ctrl+A to select all) and then CTRL with plus will increase font size, and also the size of the person's icon.
File/Properties has a font tab but this only chooses font stlye, not size.
You may not need to change font size as you can just press the '+' to enlarge the display

Hi there,

Many years ago I used genopro to build my family tree and I really liked it. I then moved to mac and couldn't use it anymore. From that day I've been trying to find a software that I really like on the mac but haven't found one that fulfilled all my needs such as genopro did. Therefore I kept hoping than one day you would also give us that option. It seems the time is coming and I'm really happy about it. I would be willing to be a crowfunder but when I try to do that it says that only genopro owners can. I'm not buying a software that I can't use in my platform at the moment and I think you could have a lot more support from people like me if you opened it to everyone else. Just a thought...

You've lost this customer. I'm now using iGenogram on iPad, and it's fabulous.

Hi,

Multiple longish posts which take time to write have been made explaining delays in this project. I am thinking a different form of feedback might be better for people wondering what is happening and when they will get the software.

You mention access to GIT so they could see things happening would help people see action.  Why not show them git logs then?  Its not easy to understand but even non-software literate people can appreciate that something is being done.  Edit them if you like to make it more readable.

Or show progress as a feature list and show completeness as a percentage or effort to complete.

A video demonstrating some facets of the code working or partially working?

Is it possible to release a beta earlier rather than later, even if this shifts effort from newer or sexier features to more mundane things so it more usable in a basic way earlier?
This is effectively what happened in the early days of GenoPro with the many 0.x releases and I think it was why people were patient then as there were issues but they had something and could see progress being made.

The thrust of this post is that there are likely better ways of giving people feedback on progress than what has been done previously.  Any form of update will likely generate more questions but it whats you are up for regardless I'm afraid.

There are no magic bullets, I appreciate that...
