Brand new to GenoPro 2020, I want my first one to start saying: GREAT PROGRAM, EXCELLENT JOB!!! Thank you guys.
I suspect this is not a new topic for you. Showing places in amap, is an amazing secondary feature you implemented successfully. I amnot into GenoPro for the maps, but for the many great functionalities toreflect and publish complex family trees and relationships ;-) I have read some of yourexpert discussions about the fixes for the problems created by Google Maps policy changes,but I couldn´t follow most details (I used HTML and java, long time ago, but it takes much more now). So my question is... ¿Can I a fix this problem without a lot of expertise?

Unfortunately the GenoPro download does not have the latest report skin templates used to generate reports such as the Narrative Report. I now use Open StreetMaps instead of Google Maps.
The latest versions of these templates can be found on this forum as the first post in this thread: http://support.genopro.com/Topic40608.aspxInstallation instructions ate also provided there. You may also be interested in another report, GenoTab, that is targeted at mobiles and tablets. It appears in the drop down list of reports as {EN} GenoTab and there is demo here

Done thank you! But I must have missed some instructions to activate the Open Street Maps, because...
I think, my new generated web report, when I click on a "pin" or a "globe" icon I just get an empty page with the usual heading icons, plus only a simple text: "Show General Map of all places..." (in Spanish, as it is my language) in this way... "Mostrar un Mapa General de todos los lugares geocodificados"What I did: I downloaded your updated "Skins" folder, expanded it, renamed it ("Pieles"), copied it beside the original "Skins" folder (under .../AppData/Roaming/GenoPro/ ), and finally selected the new "Pieles" in the template selection box, inside the Options tag of the "Tools/Generate Report dialog. With that generated and uploaded my new report to https://familytrees.genopro.com/2407746/PelayosEtc/¿What else should I do for the Open Street Maps to show? ;-)

Works for me using Chrome and Edge browsers. If still problems, when in browser on this page press F12 key and see if any errors are reported under the Console tab of Dev Tools window.

Right, I am using Chrome. In that page, where the map doesn´t show, I push F12, which opens that window you mention. At its bottom I see is the Console sub-window, with three tabs, but it is showing the tab "Issues". It contains only two issues, but they are called: 5 and 6. I´ll copy below their contents. After that I´ll copy the contents of the "Console" tab. I hope they help you figure out what is the problem and please let me know...

The console error indicates that perhaps the script.js file is wrong, but I do not see any error which suggests the server file is correct. One possibility is that is a caching issue. Try clearing your browser cache and if problem is resolved. Have you asked friends / relative to access the page? If so do they have the same problem?

Thanks a lot! You nailed it!
As you said, it must have been some kind of caching issue. I have only cleared all browsing history items from my Chrome's tools menu, and now the maps work fine. Excellent support! ;-)
