My 2nd suggestion, due to so many ticked omissions options is to provide a "Save" or "Save as" button. This facility may be useful for some users. Perhaps to be implemented after Rev. 2.0.
For info, the proposed "Other" tick box could bring up a drop down list where users, with the CTRL key, could select further omissions such as education, profession, and so on.
