Meaning of curly braces codes in narrative phrases?

Famous Writer Important Contributors FamilyTrees.GenoPro.com Customers Translator GenoPro version: 2.0.1.6 Last Login: Tuesday, December 16, 2008 Posts: 390, Visits: 1,271	I browsed your information page "util.formatstring" method and cannot find any explanation regarding the following curly braces codes as shown within the dictionary.xml narrative phrases: {!0}, {?1}, {?!3}, {?2^3} and {?2\|3}, the arguments numbers being for illustration purpose only. I personnally figured them out, I think!, but it would be a good idea to explain to everyone in black and white the meaning of each character. Thanking you.
