I have tried, but not able to reproduce. For me the generated HTML report for genomap1 worked well ( SVG as well). Genomap1 contains grandpa, grandma, daddy, mommy and sonny, and Genomap2 contains just one Hyperlink (right click on mommy on Genomap1, select New hyperlink|Genomap2) for mommy.

If I remember right, doesn't that mean. Exclude living people's detailed information, but include their names? The "Keep names" check mark directly below it?
