I also prepared a front page allowing a visitor to select his/her language. How can I upload that front page into my site (and also possibly modify/upload a few other pages)?
Can I use my uploader program? but I think I can only enter FTPs sites.

In the meantime, create a dummy skin containing the HTML pages you want to upload. Generate a report with that skin, and GenoPro will upload the HTML templates to your account at familytrees.genopro.com.
