I don't know how or why, but at least this one picture within Report changes ratio! When it opens in a window to be seen whole, it's OK!

GenoPro remembers the picture dimensions (width and height) to improve the performance.  If the aspect ratio of the picture has changed, double-click on the picture to automatically update its cache, or flush the picture cache from the tools menu (Menu -> Tools -> Flush Cached Picture Properties).

Re-generate your report and the picture should display fine.
