When trying to report to local folder I think it said 'unable to write file...'name of person' and then at the end said 'unable to save'. I made sure there was no write protect. I saved to a new folder without any problem. I had some difficulty uploading to your server , it took three attempts. Once it rejected some members, then it closed access on the wireless router, but succeeded on the third occasion. I think these problems are my own. Thanks

Thanks, New downlod fixed problem, all now ok. I had to delete old files in local folder, but not in genopro folder. Thanks

Beta 17b has an improved mechanism to report errors. Can you please download & install Beta 17 and try generating the report. You are likely to get an error, but this time, GenoPro will display a meaningful message. With the error message, I can pinpoint the problem and fix it.

The problem is within GenoPro. I looked at the code and found there is one instance where no error message is displayed when an error occurs. I am fixing it.

I have added one new member and tried to generate the report (english narative). I get the following result. I have been using Genopro for three years always upgrading to newest beta version as it became available. I am suspicious that the problem is with the database, and not the report writer. I downloaded the software again but it did not fix the error. It does not report even if I supply no details in a new members gedcom.
