Ok, I've found it too. Will the instructions to use it be in V2?We plan to have a full section for developers wishing to customize their reports. My brother has been working on this for the past few weeks.

However since there appears to be a strong demand for this I will put picture notes back in as a non-default Config option next time. Is this option back on beta 18g? I havn't found it

I would like to suggest that under each picture OR by clicking ON the picture that ALL details , including picture name be revealed. The front page is ruined by an unnecessary display of picture name.

I have posted elsewhere the reasons for the change. I guess it depends on what you are using the picture notes for, but it seemed to me sensible to put all picture data in one place, easily accessible via a link. I did not see why pictures notes should be treated any differently than say place or source notes. I did make a change in 18d and had the picture detail phrase appearing a a tool tip on the picture, but as notes can extend over many lines they could not be treated this way.However since there appears to be a strong demand for this I will put picture notes back in as a non-default Config option next time. I still think notes can look a bit odd with a slideshow, and adding Custom Tags to it would have been even worse.

well, I wonder what Dan or Ron thinks about this issue. It would really be great to have an option to see the pictures notes also on the main individual page

I have been pleading for this since the introduction of b18c. I agree. The picture Notes make much more sense on the main narrative page than the Pic name.

I also noticed that thing... the pictures are not in the main window anymoreIt could be very convenient to be able to choose for example at the options of the Report generator hide or show the pictures in the main window of individual!

I've noticed that since beta18, the pictures notes and details have been moved from the main individual page to a separate popup frame.The tag "fHidePictureDetails" on the Config.XML is no longer working !!! but it still there. I would like to have an option to display the picture notes and details on the main individual page as before. Is it possible to add such an option to the Config.XML ? I mean that people will still be able to see a summary of the pictures details and notes on the main individual page, and by clicking on the link, they will watch more info such as the "picture size" on the popup frame.
