I have merged your accounts and kept your hotmail account as the primary email.  By the way, you could change your username to something more meaningful than 186412. For instance, you could pick Fabian so your report would be published at the following address: http://familytrees.genopro.com/Fabian/Fiorito/ instead of http://familytrees.genopro.com/186412/Fiorito/

We can merge accounts.  Just send me an email and we will merge the two accounts.  Don't worry, we can fix all of this.

Hi,

I've just purchased GenoPro and obtained an Activation code. Problem is that I also got a new user ID (199644)

I already had my ID (186412) while testing the program on the 30-day evaluation period that has expired a couple of days ago.

I'm afraid that uploading my family tree from my new user will duplicate it on the web. Google has already indexed my family tree at http://familytrees.genopro.com/186412/Fiorito/

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to keep using my old user ID? I didn't need a new one, I just needed to activate my old user.

Thanks,

Fabian.
