Error Code 29?

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 2.b19d Last Login: Monday, May 21, 2007 Posts: 9, Visits: 17	I'm trying to publish my tree on the web but keep getting the following error message, could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Publishing report to http://www.ftp.geocities.com/myfamily/ Connecting to FTP server ftp.geocities.com... Creating directory ftp://ftp.geocities.com/myfamily/ (equivalent to http://www.ftp.geocities.com/myfamily/) Unable to write file ftp://ftp.geocities.com/myfamily/familytree.gno.txt. (command not understood) Unable to write file C:\DOCUME~1\User\LOCALS~1\Temp\familytree.gno.txt. Error: command not understood (errCode=29)
