I can't work out how to print the lines in the corners of the pages so that I know exactly where to cut the pages when I am putting them all together. They appear when I have 'print preview' on the screen, but they don't come oput in the printed page??? Would really appreciate help.

I think that what you mean is in the "Page Setup" dialog. You have there "Print Header", "Print Footer" and "Print Margin Lines".

First, I would like to know which version of GenoPro you are using.  GenoPro 2.0 Beta has a new printing module.  Have you tried printing with the Beta?

I bought Genopro Beta. Even though the 'print margins' box is ticked they still do not come out.

Have you tried the following configuration.  You will see the print margins during the print and print preview.

I tried this setting exactly, and also clicked header and footer. Header and footer printed fine but there is no way I can get those margin lines to appear from anywhere!!!

This is a view showing the print margins, Are these what you are missing, or are you expecting something else? If so please explain what you are expecting. If you do not see these margins, please advise as it is easily achieved.

That is exactly what I see in 'print preview' - and that is what i expect, but all that gets printed are the header and footer. Am I dumb, or what??

One other possibility is that you have set the Print Margins in Page Setup... outside the print margins of your printer. Try setting the Print Margins to something like 2 inches and then see if you can print the crop marks.
