[...] Today the upload worked again without error. I uploaded the complete report in record time, and without error on the first upload.

For those reading this conversation, here are the statistics of a "record time":  It took 2 hours and 24 minutes to upload 16,692 files, averaging 116 uploads per minute, for a total data size of 134.81 MB.  With GenoPro's built-in compression, the actual data uploaded was only 48.96 MB.  The size of your primary cache (GenoProCache.xml) is 1.4 MB.

By the way, we can still improve the performance of the report generator, especially for large reports like yours.  These optimizations will require a fair amount of work and a lot of testing... We will do it in 2007 or 2008.
