Custom Tag notice

In one I have this note:- o A custom tag is a generic placeholder to record additional information. You can customize those tags by using the Tag Editor from the Tools menu. + DisplayDates 1910 - 1987 o A custom tag is a generic placeholder to record additional information. In fact I suspect I would rather be able to turn the notice off completely
