If I already know HTML basics and the how-to of Frontpage, how do I edit my report in it?

There should be a complete sub-forum on this topic called say Customisation of Reports - How To

I do not think it should be a Forum based on teaching HTML, XHTML, Java Script, or anything like that, but a forum where members can pass on tips and tricks to fellow forum members about making changes to the current English Narrative Report 2007. It should be based on Ron's current skin, and not include future beta versions.

I know that a search of the total forum will provide most of these tips, but new users do not necessarily know what to look for in the forum.

I already know HTML basics

Ok Beerus here is one to get you started.

How to put sound on the report (there are many ways, but this is a simple method that I often use)

Place a file called bgsound.mid in the Images folder of your Customised English Report. These midi files are available on the web, just search for one that you like (make sure it's file size is small <50k) and rename it to bgsound.mid

Using Notepad (sorry but I do not wish to support a program like Frontpage that not everybody has, and is anyway not compatible with XHTML) open the file called Heading.htm     On the very bottom of the file (the purists are not going to like this, but it is the easiest place for you to insert this line without getting it wrong, and I know it works there) on a new line type <bgsound src="./images/bgsound.mid" hidden="true" autostart="true" loop="5">

Close Notepad and save the file.

That's it. Just regenerate your report and enjoy. Obviously there are arguements on that line that you are welcome to change.
