So how do you detect whether my third license is me using three computers or just installing on a new computer to replace an old one? Is it an honor system?

Our licensing is an honor-based system.

Just for clarification, I believe I saw someplace that the license is only good for two computers.

This correct.  We allow the same registration key to be installed on your primary computer, and a secondary computer for printing or traveling purpose.  Many users do genealogy at work and/or print from their office, and some do install GenoPro on their notebook.

If you buy a new computer, or wish to transfer from old hardware to new hardwere, you are welcome to re-use the registration key.

Just for clarification, I believe I saw someplace that the license is only good for two computers, although this could have been a misconception of something else I read. How many times can the same license be used? What if I reach this limit, if it exists, because I have multiple stations that I wish to use, but then I decide I don't want to use it on one computer anymore. Does that count against me, or can I redeem that "license credit" for use on, say, a new computer that is intended to replace it?

Purchasing GenoPro 2007 is a one-time payment.  You can use GenoPro 2007 forever without spending any extra.

Hi - I have tried the evaluation version and am interested in buying the software. I understand that you buy a license and then get a registration key. What is the term of the license? Is it for unlimited use, or are there restrictions like having to renew it every year?

Thanks for clarifying.
