You can install GenoPro and files onto a Cd where it acts as a viewer, so it will work in the same way on a flash drive.

To use the program for other purposes now, it probably needs to be registered. This will be stored in the PC Registry so you may not be able to save alterations unless you enter the Registration Key

Working offshore, on many different platforms, and different computers on each platform, I carry GenoPro with me all the time.
Working with my file - especially, especially saving it - requires the registration key to be entered / installed.

However, this violates policies of many companies, as the key will be installed in the computers registry.
Sometimes, this might not even be possible due to the lack of Admin rights on the computer. Normally, it's not a problem, BUT I don't want to leave the key on the computer especially since I will not see the computer when I leave the rig.
The only option is to remove the key by hand.... if I can get access to the registry..

Is it possible to run the program with the registry key installed on my portable hard-drive, or usb-stick?
Or, is it possible to get a registration key that would be valid for 2 weeks (without requesting one every time via the internet?)
Or.. a little button in the program saying ... "Remove Registry Key fron the Window registry?"

Basically, I would like to plug in my portable drive anywhere and continue editing my GenoPro file..

Any suggestions?
