Hi!

After having entered some 2000 names, I know I sometimes leave an extra left or right space in the names, and since this remains in the report, I get unwanted (and ugly) spaces. I know I can write a macro to find and remove them in the xml file, but Im sure more users then I get this.... Can there be a "tools" function to "clean data"? That can check for upper and lower case if that is what you want, or remove padding spaces, or check for unvalid dates, or lifetimes longer than 100 years, children born to mothers younger than 14, etc? With a "confirm before change-option", preferably?

Anna
