Author Can we get direct links on the menubar to some of the other edit functions?

I would like to go directly 'Edit Sources' or 'Edit Pictures' etc, but there is no way I can see to do this from the menubar.

Is there a way you can make the menubar or parts of it customizable? That would be kul.
