My brother is trying unsuccessfully to view them on his laptop - he gets a message saying Which program do you want to use to open... He goes to the Install program icon then and it keeps telling him to register - he clicks no and it gets into a loop he can't get out of... Help please????

That is why I suggest that it is easier to use the ordinary GenoPro.exe to act as a viewer. Copy it onto the Cg from the Program Files directory of your C: drive and it will work. Not so complete an installation but much easier for less experienced PC users. We all have some of them in our families!

Thanks Appleshaw. I'll try that also.

However we have had success. Instead of clicking the option that then asks you to register we tried the option that appears to limit you to 25 names in a tree and found that worked. Thanks all for your help.
