Just wondering if I am doing this correctly.  When GenoPro asks for a new place name, you give it a "name" you recognize and then fill in all the details ... city, county, state, etc.  The problem is when you output it to a GED file it prints something like the following:

2 PLAC Fayette, MO (Fayette, Howard, Missouri, USA)

Importing this into another program (Legacy for instance), is problematic.  It doesn't recognize all the extra stuff.  I would have thought in the GED file the internal name (in this case "Fayette, MO") would have been left out so you would get the easily interpretable "Fayette, Howard, Missouri, USA".

Am I doing this wrong?

Thanks!
