I've found GenoPro 2 to be a great genealogy program, but in order to be of full medical utility I think it should be compliant with the "Recommendations for Standardized Human Pedigree Nomenclature. Am. J. Hum. Genet. 56:745-752, 1995" http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?tool=pubmed&pubmedid=7887430 , which are commonly accepted in clinical setting.
