Overview Map of Geocoded Places doesn't show up

I can reproduce this problem so no extra evidence reqd. The 'hidden' text  is the standard 'Powered by' (i.e. Google). As well as clicking the link a second time the map can also be properly displayed by maximising the 'popup' frame.

I am fairly certain this was working when initially tested. I wonder if the Google code has changed. Can't immediately see the cause of the problem. Maybe I need to just 'refresh' the map to work around the problem.

I intensively entered some Lat and Long for my places and, at some point, clicked on the Overview Map link. I got this:



No map shown. I also noticed something written above or under the words "overview map". I zoomed in on my graphic editor but I cannot read what's written. I had to click a 2nd time on the overview link (with the popup pane still open) and the map appeared:



I'm ready to send you any file for observation and debugging. Just tell me which one(s).
The problem seems with IE7.0.5730.11 as FF is OK.
