You need to be more explicit about your problem(s). Are you having difficulty in starting to use GenoPro or is it with external links (where this post appears)?

How do I activate this thing? I have tried all morning and all afternoon yesterday to get it to work and this is the only thing I can find that will work. My trial period will be up before I figure this thing out, if I ever do, and then I won't spend my money for an upgrade. After all if it won't work, what good is it anyway? Help is a joke here. I doesn't do anything.

Would like to see a comment field beneath the external link field to give some background info what to expect in the link. Yes, I'll second that. This would be especially useful for providing an explanation to non-English speaking relatives to whom I forward copies of our tree.
