I don't want to post the family information online - I prefer old school (paper). Plus, I want to make a keepsake for my boys to pass onto their children one day. 1. How do I make in index and organize the book contents? What format is best? 2. How should I print it (so that it will last)? 3. Any examples on the web that are good? Any advice is greatly appreciated. S.
