The other option is to find 65% in your script js and set it to 100%
The frame wil now cover the right hand side

1. you can click on the enlarge/reduce icon of the svg frame to have it larger.
2. change parameters in config.xml

Set fSvgZoomExtent to "Y" if you want the initial view of the SVG graphic to show the whole of the GenoMap.

Set fSvgExpandFrame to "Y" if you want to maximise the 'popup'SVF Frame when opened.

Please can you tell me how I can force the genomap to open in a new window as when it open in a frame it is too small.
